Franky Lou
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had the urge to travel, to see new places and immerse myself in different cultures.
I took my first airplane trip at the age of 2, and went on my first ‘solo’ holiday at 6. Since then, the desire to go, explore, and lose myself along the way has never left me. Every time I visit a new place, I get so swept up in it that I want to move there the day I get back. Honestly, I can’t think of a single trip where I didn’t fall head over heels for the destination.
I’m a stubborn, detail-obsessed planner, always in search of the best viewpoint. I love road trips — and I can’t function on an empty stomach, so I always keep one eye on the road and the other on the next food stop.
I work as a Supply Chain Manager at an IT consultancy, and yes, I genuinely love what I do.

Franz
My name is Paolo, but most people just call me Franz. In our duo, I’m the more laid-back one: when we travel, I’m perfectly happy sticking to the planned 20–30 kilometers a day, taking my time — and maybe complaining a little, just for tradition’s sake. Despite my (healthy) caution for heights and my “energy-saving mode,” you can bet that wherever Franky goes, I’m right there too: out on the open sea, deep in the desert, or at the top of a cathedral tower (maybe a few steps lower, just to be safe). I love traveling and have a real passion for castles.
I’m also the nerd of the team: a musician at heart, endlessly curious, and with a hyperactive mind that constantly pushes me to learn new things. Whether it’s diving into the latest tech trends or throwing myself into new adventures, standing still just isn’t my style.
In everyday life, I’m a manager at an IT consulting company, with a deep passion for programming.
Mr Pinchetti
I was picked up at a grimy Autogrill on a busy Italian highway. Franz and Franky adopted me at the start of their journey, and from that day on, I’ve been dragged along wherever they go. Let’s be clear — traveling the world can be fun. But I spend half my life stuffed inside a handbag or backpack… and I’m no chihuahua. I have my dignity. That said, I meet loads of people and end up in the weirdest spots just to pose for a photo, so I guess it’s not all bad.
I’m grumpy, slightly depressed, and may or may not have a drinking problem. Don’t call me a dog, puppet, or mascot. I am Mr. Pinchetti.
